Built for the Gulf, by people who get it.
ARA started with a simple observation: GCC clinics and restaurants were losing thousands of riyals every week to missed calls. We set out to fix that.
Mission
"To ensure no clinic or restaurant in the GCC ever loses a patient or guest to a missed call."
Why we built ARA
It started in a small clinic in Riyadh. The receptionist was overwhelmed — three calls ringing simultaneously while patients queued at the desk. Appointments were missed. Revenues were lost. Patients were frustrated.
We built Hala — an AI receptionist that speaks fluent English, understands cultural nuance, and books appointments autonomously. Not a chatbot. Not an IVR menu. A real conversational AI that feels like talking to a skilled human receptionist. (Arabic is in the works — our team is perfecting it, so stay tuned.)
Today, Hala is built to serve clinics and restaurants across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman — answering every call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What we believe
Gulf-first
Every feature is designed around GCC business culture, Arabic dialects, and local scheduling norms.
Accuracy over hype
We don't promise magic. We promise reliable booking, accurate transcripts, and measurable results.
Privacy by default
Patient and guest data stays in-region. No data sharing, no third-party selling, no exceptions.
Genuine support
Real people, real Arabic support. Not a ticketing system that sends you in circles.
Serving the entire GCC
