Why we built ARA
It started in a small clinic in Riyadh. The receptionist was overwhelmed — three calls ringing simultaneously while patients queued at the desk. Appointments were missed. Revenues were lost. Patients were frustrated.
We built Hala — an AI receptionist that speaks fluent Gulf Arabic, understands cultural nuance, and books appointments autonomously. Not a chatbot. Not an IVR menu. A real conversational AI that feels like talking to a skilled human receptionist.
